CAPCOM 出品的一款以经典的卡通《蓝精灵》为题材的社交游戏，玩家将要把被格格巫所破坏的蓝精灵村，给重新建设起来，而蓝精灵爸爸将会对玩家进行指导。玩家需要从 最初一开始的一小块土地和一间小房子开始，慢慢的通过建造房屋、花园、农田和其他生产建筑，来让蓝精灵村回复繁荣。而随着村子的发展，将会有动画中的其他 蓝精灵角色登场，他们将会有自己特有的能力，能更好的帮助玩家发展村子。
